Job Description:

Executive –Business Operations & Sales Coordinator (Female)
Good communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and online business platforms
Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate the leads by use of online lead generation platform like IndiaMART, ExportersIndia, Website, Email, WhatsApp. and database
• Skills require for quote preparation, customer calling, supplier coordination and email marketing
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Studying the market and identifying recent markets for developing new business accounts
• Planning a sales campaign suited to consumer trends
• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into orders.
• Manage Purchase Orders, dispatch, and delivery follow-up.
• Coordinate payment follow-up with customers.
• Support export and domestic sales activities.




• Maintain CRM, inquiry tracker, and business reports.
• Monitor and analyse market trends and competition to inform product development and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales and marketing performance to reporting manager
• Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
