It is a 58 years old establishment and has a diverse presence in Railway food catering, QSR, Tourism, Hotels, Hospitals and Media & Advertising. The brands owned by the Group are Dialtrip, Comesum, Royal India Train Journeys (RITJ), Media on Track (MOT), & Sendha.

The Group has the largest share in the catering operations of Indian Railways. It operates through 70 Base Kitchens at various locations spread throughout the country and serve the Rajdhani/Shatabdi/Vande Bharat/Duronto/Tejas & other luxury trains of Indian Railways.

The Group has JVs with premium 5 Star Hotels like Westin, Marriott, Fortune etc. The Group has a separate Real Estate Division which focuses on the construction of Hotels & Hospitals. In 2022, RK Group ventured into its first Hospital i.e. Fortis Hospital, Greater Noida.

Job Description:
Responsible for the growth of Fresh,



Dairy and Frozen categories comprising of Fruits & Vegetables, Meat, Frozen items and Dairy products such as Butter/Curd/Ice Cream/Paneer/Dairy Whitener etc.
Supplier Management- On boarding of brands/suppliers, build relationships, negotiation of commercial terms and evaluate their performance.
Inventory Management – Managing stock levels to prevent stock outs as well as overstock.
Compliance Management – Ensuring quality and compliance of the goods procured as well as the procurement activity comply with legal and ethical standards.
Qualification : Graduate with 10+ years of work experience in procurement of Fresh, Dairy and Frozen categories in Retail/HORECA industry.
