The role is designed to build robust capability in HR excellence, data-driven HR, and plant HR coordination

.Coordination of Plant HR Initiatives
Act as a coordination point for Plant HR initiatives, programs, and reviews.
Track progress of ongoing HR initiatives across plants and follow up for timely execution.
Support rollout of standardized HR processes, formats, and practices across plants.
Assist in consolidation of best practices and learning from different plants.
