CNC Machine Maintenance (HMC, HBM, VMC, CNC Turning, Welding)

Planning and managing all repair and installation machines activities.

3

Creating and implementing maintenance procedures and maintain MTTR and MTBF

4

Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.

5

Reduction of break down hours / Preventive & predictive Maintenance

6

Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.

7

Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates and Maintaining equipment history cards & asset register

8

Implement safety standards and procedures.

9

Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports

Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment

Qualifications / Experience / Skills - Minimum:

DME / DEE with 8 to 10 years of experience in similar field.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills (Preferred):

DME / DEE with 8 to 10 years of experience in Machine shop maintenance, CNC,HMC, PLC, SPM, utilities and Electrical network.

Experience:

1.FANUC CNC Controller / SIEMENS 840 D SL.

2.Industrial Hydraulics / Pneumatics.

3.Mechnaical assemblies like Spindle, Ball Screw etc.
Machine Geometry.

Personality Attributes / Traits:

1.Team leader. Should lead from front.
Positive communication skill.
Coordination with all stakeholders.
