Job Description:

Mandatory Requirements
Education: Must be a Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized board/university.
Experience: Must have minimum 10 to 15 years of project experience in Wind EPC project

Safety Manager/ Deputy Manager is responsible for ensuring all health, safety, and environmental regulations and guidelines are met at the solar project site. This role involves identifying potential hazards, implementing safety systems and programs, and promoting a culture of safety at the site. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is proactive in risk assessment and compliance, with a focus on reducing accidents, injuries, and environmental impact.

Training and Awareness for site safety
Safety Equipment & PPE Management
Collaboration and Reporting
Accident Investigation and Reporting
HSE Compliance
Knowledge of Workplace, Social, and Governance (ESG)
Solid knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
The HSE Engineer must be willing to travel to different sites as required
Must be positive in communication, presentation, report preparation
