About the Role:

We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager with prior experience or solid understanding of digital marketing agencies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude to build and maintain solid relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Manage calendars and schedule meetings efficiently.
Coordinate with clients for updates, feedback, and deliverables.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns.
Ensure timely communication and a smooth workflow between departments.
Track and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:
Proven experience or knowledge in a digital marketing agency setting
