Job Description:

Role Summary
Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
Work independently as well as cooperatively with team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload
Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications

KRA: Task / Activities




Bassically we do create design for Bankers – pamphlets, banners, id cards, visiting cards, catalogue.
Printing inhouse printer – above mentioned task.
Create Recent Year Calendar / Diary / Posters designs
Design using CorelDraw and photoshop, illustration, AI applications.
Update and revise design drafts based on feedback from Bankers / our team.

KPI: Performance Metrics
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict production deadlines.
Mostly we will co-ordinate with Bank top level mangers like Regional Mangers / Asst. General Mangers / Chief Mangaers / Branch Mangers & Associates for design and approval.
Quick learner and Observer.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills
Exceptional creativity and cutting-edge design skills
Qualified with design software, including CorelDraw, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
