OBJECTIVE As the Service Strategy lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our

Support and Service operations. With a solution-oriented mindset, you will be responsible for

overseeing the strategic direction and operational success of our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services. With a self-driven approach, your solid decision-making skills and strategic foresight, this critical leadership role demands an individual with a solid understanding of service delivery, contract management, and customer relationship building with responsibilities of timely collections.

Your ability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions, optimize service workflows, and foster

long-term customer relationships will be key to driving retention, improving service performance,

and enhancing overall client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the sales and support of AMC/Services business and to ensure that a positive gross margin is achieved.
Meeting Negotiating and finalizing high value AMCs with potential vendors/ clients and strategy tie ups with top management/Decision makers of the organizations.
