Roles & Responsibilitie

~ s:Manage the full admission process from the point of walk-in or telephonic enquiry to final enrolmen

~ t.Develop and lead a team of two or more Admission counselors and supporting ancillary staf

~ f.Prepare comprehensive Admission Folders for Pre-school and junior school sections covering school philosophy, infrastructure, board affiliation, achievements, staff profiles, activities, parent testimonials, and fee structur





~ e.Deliver compelling school presentations and handle objections effectivel

~ y.Maintain a daily-updated database of all enquiries and track conversion stage

~ s.Attend minimum 3 out of 5 daily team meetings and maintain Customer Relationship Management system hygiene with timely updates on admission status and comment

~ s.Conduct timely follow-ups with all prospects in the pipelin

~ e.Plan and execute a minimum of 2 events per 60-day cycle to drive 5 or more admissions through event

~ s.Achieve individual admission targets (minimum 50% target – 11 admissions
