At Kare Counselling, we’re growing our team and are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and evidence-based Counselling Psychologist to join us in Mumbai. Work Mode: Full time, On-site (Monday–Saturday)

About the Role: You’ll work with adults and young adults, providing evidence-based psychotherapy while collaborating closely with a team that values ethical, culturally sensitive, and client-centred care.

Individual psychotherapy for adults and young adults
Trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapy
In-person counselling sessions

Internationally trained in Psychology/Counselling




Minimum 4 years of post-qualification clinical experience
Experience in Marriage & Family Therapy
Robust clinical, ethical, and interpersonal skills
Conduct individual therapy sessions
Maintain accurate and ethical clinical documentation
Collaborate with the Kare Counselling team on treatment approaches
Participate in regular supervision and case discussions
