We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a large-scale manufacturing facility in Bengaluru . This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned manufacturing skilled with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry and a passion for operational excellence, people leadership, and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end plant operations, ensuring excellence in production, quality, safety, maintenance, planning, and people management.

Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, and talent development.

Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and health & safety standards.

Industry Experience

~15+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role.

~ Mandatory experience in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry .

Robust technical competency in manufacturing operations.





Proven leadership and people management capability.

Experience managing large-scale and complex manufacturing operations.

Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Demonstrated overall suitability to lead a high-performing manufacturing site.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Food, Dairy, or related discipline).

Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, ERP systems, food safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
