Transportation Operations Executive – Billing, Track & Trace & POD Management

Transportation Operations

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

We're looking for a hands-on Transportation Operations skilled to run the day-to-day Billing, Track & Trace, and Proof of Delivery (POD) Management processes. This is an execution-focused role,



working within established standards to keep freight billing, in-transit visibility, and delivery documentation accurate and on time — with solid exposure to the US transportation landscape.

Own end-to-end Billing operations — invoice processing, validation, discrepancy resolution, and timely closure

Handle POD Management — collection, verification, and reconciliation of delivery documentation

Apply US transportation standards, carrier requirements, and compliance norms in day-to-day processing

Hands-on experience in transportation operations, specifically in Billing, Track & Trace, and POD Management

Working knowledge of the US transportation landscape — carriers, standards, and compliance requirements
