As a Senior Admission Counsellor (Admission Profiler), you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. You will play a vital role in connecting learners with our Admission Counsellors by scheduling Video Counselling (VC) sessions for Germany and Italy Public University programs.

Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors for qualified leads.

Coordinate between learners and counsellors to ensure a seamless admission experience.

Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and updates in the CRM system.





Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech Sales (Study Abroad experience is an added advantage).

Graduation is mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication skills with solid English proficiency.

Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Schedule 5 Video Counselling (VC) sessions daily.
