Analyze developer financial statements, cash flows, and repayment capacity.n
Review project-specific cash flows and conduct financial modeling.n
Evaluate collateral, property valuation reports, title documents, and construction progress.n
Calculate key credit metrics such as LTV and DSCR.n
Assess credit risk and identify key mitigants.n
Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) for Credit Committee approval.n
Coordinate with legal, technical, valuation, and business teams throughout the credit evaluation process.n
