nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software, and excellent analytical skills to manage day-to-day financial operations accurately. You'll work with the directly with a Finance Manager, CFO and with even the management team.
nResponsibilities:

Bookkeeping & entriesn
Daily entries in Zoho Books — vendor bills, expense vouchers, bank transactions taggingn
PO-linked purchase processing — every bill must be matched to a Purchase Order before bookingn
Process vendor bills as per approval matrix before entryn




Maintain chart of accounts disciplinen
Apt with Reconciliations - payment gateway, bank and GSTn
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activitiesn
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial recordsn
Take complete ownership for Month-end closingn
Maintain Fixed asset register and inventory registers on ERPn
Support internal and external audit requirementsn
Prepare data for monthly MIS as directed by Finance Manager / CFOn

nQualifications:

B.Com or M.Com with 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, ORn
CA Inter / ACCA is an added advantage Must-have skillsn
Solid knowledge of accounting and taxation principlesn
Knowledge of GST, TDS and Zoho Booksn
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skillsn
Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesn
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and AI basicsn
Attention to detail
