nCTC: ₹4.2–4.8 LPA
nKey Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation.n
Prepare and verify customer invoices, pricing, shipping charges, credit notes, and revised invoices for accuracy and compliance.n
Monitor AR Aging, outstanding receivables, payment due dates, credit limits, and customer payment trends.n
Drive collections through email and phone follow-ups; send payment reminders, negotiate approved payment plans, and escalate delinquent accounts.n
Record and apply customer payments; resolve unapplied cash, short/overpayments, refunds, and reconciliation issues.n
Handle customer account queries, billing disputes, deductions, and remittance advice, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.n
Support credit control,



including creditworthiness reviews, credit limit monitoring, credit holds, and account releases.n
Prepare AR Aging, collection status, cash-flow forecasts, and management reports; analyze overdue balances and collection trends.n
Support month-end/year-end closing, AR ledger reconciliation, audits, compliance, and documentation.n
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.n
