We are looking for a Front Desk Executive & Sales Coordinator who enjoys interacting with clients, has excellent communication skills, and is confident in handling enquiries and appointments.

Welcome clients and provide a warm, qualified experience.

Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins.

Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and aftercare.





Capture treatment photos and videos for social media and marketing (with client consent).

Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proficient with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following industries is preferred:

Beauty or aesthetics
