We are looking for a versatile, sharp, and proactive Executive Assistant / Business Manager to work closely with the leadership team across land acquisition, legal coordination, business strategy, and sales execution.
nKey Responsibilities

Oversee documentation, paperwork, and initial due diligence required for land acquisition.n
Coordinate legal paperwork, title searches, and documentation for land and project approvals.n
Engage with legal counsel, authorities, and consultants to ensure complete legal compliance.n




Assist leadership in planning and executing strategic roadmaps for recent project launches.n
Track project timelines, cross-departmental tasks, and operational deliverables.n
Assist with project sales terminology, broker networks, and sales strategy execution.n
Apply basic real estate financial models (cash flows, project feasibility, and yield/margin tracking).n

nWhat We're Looking For

Industry Experience: 4–8+ years of hands-on experience in the Navi Mumbai & Panvel real estate market.n
Functional Background: Prior experience in Land BD, Real Estate Legal, Sales, or Executive Assistance to Real Estate Promoters/Directors.n
Local Expertise: Deep familiarity with Panvel/Navi Mumbai micro-markets, local broker networks, and land processes.n
Skills: Solid negotiation skills, basic real estate financial acumen, excellent communication, and legal document literacy.n
