The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions.

The Inside Sales Representative will also focus on building robust customer relationships, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.

Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Inside Sales in technology or B2B environments is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is beneficial

Candidates should possess solid Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound calling, prospecting, and opportunity qualification.
