nObjective:
nWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Designer to join our agile team. The Designer will play a critical role in ensuring efficient stock management, seamless coordination with the production and design teams, and timely fulfillment of customer orders. They will also be required to assist the Head designer in costing, designing, sampling, and merchandising various collections.
nKey Responsibilities:
n· Sampling, Costing, and merchandising: Excellent fashion sense for noticing the changes in current fashion trends and predicting future trends for merchandising. Evaluating the color schemes, patterns,
and designs in an effective way. Knowledge of various types of textiles, fabric patterns, and their criteria of identification. Up-to-date information on the latest fashion garment silhouettes, designs, and the method of designing
n· Creative Design and Trend Analysis: Work closely with the Design Head, manufacturing team, print vendors, and merchandisers to design cutting-edge and trend-led print concepts for fashion textiles. Research current and future trends, create mood boards and collaborate with the team to develop exciting collections that showcase the latest print developments.
n· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering high-quality designs in a timely manner.
n· Commercial Awareness: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of customer briefs to create tailored collections that align with market
