Key Responsibilitiesn

Counsel prospective learners on suitable career and certification programsn
Understand learner profiles and recommend appropriate training pathwaysn
Manage inbound and outbound enquiriesn




Follow up with prospective learners and support them through the enrolment processn
Build skilled and long-term relationships with learnersn
Achieve monthly enrolment targetsn
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRMn

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsn

Consultative sales and counselling approachn
