In this role, you will manage bench consultants, build solid relationships with vendors and clients, and drive successful placements in the competitive US IT staffing market. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesnSales & Bench Management

Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clientsn
Build and expand vendor/client relationshipsn
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - lead generation, submissions, negotiation, and closuren
Ensure a steady pipeline of requirements with quick submission turnaroundn
Negotiate billing rates and finalize contract termsn
Maintain consistent follow-ups on submissions, interviews, and placementsn

Understand candidates' career goals and match them with the right opportunitiesn




Build long-term relationships with IT professionalsn
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-upsn
Deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience from sourcing to placementn
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systemsn

Mentor and support junior sales executivesn
Track individual and team performance against targetsn
