nWho we're looking for
n- 10–12 years in professional kitchens, with time spent leading or serving as the second-in-command of a full kitchen
n- Robust menu design instincts — someone who thinks in seasons, sources hyperlocal, and can build a menu around what the land actually gives us
n- Command of food operations end-to-end — costing, portioning,



waste, kitchen roster, vendor management
n- Deep respect for kitchen hygiene, HACCP, and food safety protocols
n- Wellness-cuisine sensibility is a strong plus — knowing how to build something light, honest, and nourishing without dumbing down flavour
