nABOUT THE ROLE
nWe are looking for a creative and performance-driven Script Writer who can craft engaging and high-converting scripts for product advertisements on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate understands audience psychology, hooks, and storytelling that drives conversions.
nRESPONSIBILITIES

Write compelling scripts for short-form video ads (15–60 seconds)n
Create scroll-stopping hooks within the first 3–5 secondsn
Develop scripts focused on product advantages, problem-solving, and storytellingn
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for ad conceptsn




Adapt scripts based on performance data and feedbackn
Write in multiple tones (Hinglish, direct response)n
Stay updated with current ad trends and viral formatsn
Handle, guide and give training to juniors or interns working under you.n

nREQUIREMENTS

Solid command of English and Hindi (Hinglish preferred)n
Basic understanding of performance marketing and ad funnelsn
Ability to write crisp, engaging, and conversion-focused contentn
Creative mindset with attention to detailn
Prior experience in ad scripts, content writing, or similar roles is a mustn

nPREFERRED SKILLS

Understanding of consumer psychology and buying triggersn
Knowledge of hooks and CTA writingn
Ability to analyse winning ads and replicate frameworksn
