Job Responsibilities
Handle automation projects from planning to commissioning.
Work on PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS and control systems.
Coordinate with vendors, OEMs and system integrators.
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning and qualification activities.
Troubleshoot automation and control system issues.
Develop and modify PLC logic, HMI screens, alarms and interlocks.
Support integration of current equipment with existing automation systems.
Maintain automation drawings, software backups and technical documents.
Support GMP, GAMP 5, validation and data-integrity requirements.
Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, QA and other departments.




Ensure automation projects are completed safely, on time and as per requirements.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
5 to 8 years of experience in automation, preferably in Pharma/API or process industries.
Valuable knowledge of PLC/SCADA/DCS and industrial automation systems.
Positive troubleshooting and coordination skills.
