Designation: Student Success Manager (Counsellor)
Experience: 3+ Years
Education: Graduate
Working Days: 5 Days working
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on overseas education prospects, especially for European countries (Germany, Ireland, France, Italy, etc.).
Manage the complete admission process from counselling to visa filing.
Guide students on university selection, applications, documentation,



and visa requirements.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing.
Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve admission, enrollment, and conversion targets.

Key Skills:
Overseas education counselling experience
University application and visa processing knowledge
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Target-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
