Role: Project Manager(Banking/Payments Domain)
Experience required: 7 to 15 years
Location:- Mumbai
Required Technical Skillset:-
Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of banking products Implementation.
Implements process improvement initiatives and improves customer satisfaction
Manages Cost and Budgets
Capable to handle multiple releases in large programs
Must Have Skills:-
Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of banking products implementation
Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding
Valuable analytical abilities
Valuable Communication and Senior Management Reporting skills
Valuable Team Player and able to management large teams
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage
Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is added advantage
Prepare and tracks release management - covering scope, design, delivery and testing tracks
Conducts daily scums – to identify dependencies, progress and work distribution.
Review and revise dynamic daily task as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverable without impacting the quality.
Encourage teams to increase productivity
Build a culture which avoids rework and doing things right in first attempt.
