This isn't a conventional travel sales role. You'll manage the complete customer journey—from the first enquiry to post-trip follow-up—ensuring every client receives a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking.
Generate current business and build long-term client relationships.
Understand client requirements, preferences and budgets through consultative selling.
Design customised itineraries with curated hotels, experiences and logistics.
Present proposals, negotiate and close bookings.
Coordinate hotels, transfers, activities, visas, documentation and vendor confirmations.
Ensure flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Handle changes, special requests and on-trip support.
Drive repeat business,



referrals and upselling opportunities.
Track revenue, margins, conversions and overall business performance.
