We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Closing Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end property closing process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry and possess solid knowledge of property documentation, legal compliance, customer coordination, and registration procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete property closing process from booking confirmation to possession.
Coordinate with customers, sales, legal, finance, CRM, and banks to ensure timely closure of transactions.
Verify and maintain all property-related documents required for registration and handover.
Schedule and coordinate agreement execution, registration, stamp duty payments, and possession formalities.
Liaise with financial institutions for loan disbursement and ensure timely receipt of payments.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and company policies related to property transactions.
