Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Senior Executive – HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, data accuracy, statutory compliance,



and an exceptional employee experience. The role requires solid ownership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HRMS.
Coordinate payroll inputs, including new joiners, exits, attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, and salary revisions.
Administer leave, attendance, shift management, and employee documentation.
Generate HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion,
