Handle customer queries via chat.
Resolve customer issues and escalations

Positive English communication skills are required.
Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
Salary
Base Salary CTC: Approx. ₹ 20,000/month
In-hand: Approx. ₹17,000/month
Statutory Bonus: Approx. ₹2,000/month
