Position Details
Role: Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Senior Process Executive (SPE)
Domain: OTC Brokerage Payable
Experience: 2 to 9 Years
Location: Pune / Bengaluru (BLR)
Notice Period: 0 – 90 Days

Compensation & Budget
SME: Up to ₹10.0 LPA
SPE: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
Offered Hike: Standard 30% – 40% on last drawn fixed CTC

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)
Hands-on experience in OTC Brokerage Reconciliation
Proven expertise in Manual Brokerage Calculation
Robust domain knowledge of OTC derivative products: FX, Options, IRS, CCS, Repos, FXO, PM, PMO
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel & Word
Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
Daily Reconciliation:



Manage trade reconciliations and calculate brokerage accurately.
Exception Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies within agreed SLAs.
Broker Relationship: Handle broker queries, settle outstanding balances, and drive zero-escalation targets.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain EOD checklists, generate accuracy reports, and participate in client review meetings.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps, propose workflow enhancements, and assist team leads with ad-hoc reporting.
