We are looking for a highly driven Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our luxury practice while ensuring an outstanding client experience and supporting the business's growth.
Role Overview The Centre Manager will be responsible for managing the complete operations of the centre, ensuring exceptional patient experience, driving business performance, supervising staff, improving operational efficiency, and supporting marketing and business development initiatives.
This role requires someone who combines operational excellence with a hospitality mindset and commercial acumen.
Key ResponsibilitiesCentre Operations
Oversee complete day-to-day functioning of the centre
Ensure smooth patient flow and appointment scheduling
Maintain premium standards of service and presentation
Supervise reception, coordinators and support staff
Monitor inventory, vendor relationships and procurement
Ensure compliance with operational protocols and documentation
Patient Experience
Deliver a five-star guest experience from enquiry to follow-up
Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy
Build long-term relationships with clients
Ensure every interaction reflects the brand's premium positioning
Business Development
Improve consultation-to-treatment conversion
Develop referral relationships with doctors, luxury hotels, corporates and strategic partners
Coordinate client engagement initiatives and events
Identify prospects to increase repeat visits and memberships
