Your Mission: Own the complete homebuying journey - from the first customer interaction to successful closure. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers make one of the most important financial decisions of their lives by recommending the right property based on their needs, budget, and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities • Generate and manage qualified leads. • Understand customer requirements, budget, lifestyle, and investment goals. • Recommend suitable properties from Bangalore's leading residential projects. • Coordinate and manage site visits end-to-end. • Guide customers through project evaluation,



pricing, home loans, negotiations, and booking. • Build strong relationships with customers, developers, and banking partners. • Own the complete lead-to-closure sales pipeline. • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on Bangalore real estate market trends and project launches. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Who We're Looking For • Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institution. • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome). • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. • Customer-centric mindset with high ownership and accountability. • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace. • Robust organizational and follow-up skills. • Interest in real estate, techn
