About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager – International Business to drive revenue growth across international markets, primarily Middle East & Africa (MEA) and APAC (excluding India). This role is critical to expanding RPS's global footprint by leveraging OEM partnerships and enterprise training capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive international revenue and gross profit growth across MEA and APAC regions.




• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for international IT training offerings.
• Build and manage enterprise relationships with customers, partners, and OEMs.
• Identify and penetrate high-spend markets such as Riyadh, Dubai, Singapore, and Johannesburg.
• Convert global OEM partnerships into localized revenue prospects.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
• Negotiate and close high-value enterprise training engagements.
