Job Description We're Hiring | Customer Success Manager – Networking
We are looking for professionals with a Project Management or Service Delivery background who have solid customer-facing experience and the potential to transition into a Customer Success Manager role.
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
We're looking for professionals who have experience in:
Managing enterprise customer relationships in IT Infrastructure setting
Project Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Engagement
NOC, SOC, Networking, Managed Services, Cloud, or Cyber Security domains
Driving customer onboarding, service adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction
Conducting customer reviews, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders




Preferred Background:
5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Success
Experience with System Integrators (SI) or Managed Services organizations
Solid understanding of ITIL, SLAs, Incident Management, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Retention
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
