About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solar + BESS Design Engineer to lead the design and engineering of utility-scale and commercial hybrid Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and engineer Solar PV & BESS projects.
Prepare electrical and mechanical drawings, SLDs, layouts, and BOQs.
Perform energy yield analysis and system optimization using PVsyst, Helioscope, and HOMER Pro.
Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, UL, and other applicable standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
5–7 years of experience in Solar PV and/or BESS design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and HOMER Pro.
Robust knowledge of power systems, energy storage technologies, and electrical design standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
