Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and coordination with sales and technical teams to provide customized engineering solutions. Ideal candidates will have a solid grasp of engineering concepts and a knack for building lasting client relationships.
Experience:
3–10+ years in B2B inside sales, preferably in engineering services (Automotive and Transportation) industry
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research
Fix appointments for the sales leaders for North America market
Understand customer needs and position appropriate engineering solutions for Automotive and Transportation Industry
Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and chance tracking
Coordinate and support including documentation, follow-ups, and reporting
Support marketing efforts by contributing insights and assisting with campaigns
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
Proven sales experience in B2B/engineering services workplace
Hand-on experience on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc)
