Job Description We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our growing offshore engineering team for a leading US-based client, in Bengaluru. You will own team deliverables end to end, manage team performance, strengthen the client relationship, and identify prospects to grow the engagement.
Responsibilities:
Delivery Ownership
• Own end-to-end delivery of team commitments – planning, execution, quality, and timelines across sprints and releases.
• Anticipate delivery risks and dependencies; proactively communicate status, escalations, and mitigation plans to client and internal stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Performance
• Serve as the direct reporting manager for the offshore engineering team in Bengaluru.
• Manage team performance:



set goals, provide regular feedback, run performance reviews, and build growth plans for team members.
Client Relationship & Presence
• Build trusted day-to-day relationships with client engineering leaders and product stakeholders.
• Represent the team in client forums – sprint reviews, roadmap discussions, and leadership check-ins.
Business Growth
• Identify and shape opportunities to expand the engagement – recent workstreams, additional teams, or recent capability areas.
