Job Description About Position:
The Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery for one or more Nordic Capital portfolio companies. The role carries overall responsibility for onboarding recent Customers and Services, running steady-state delivery to agreed scope, timetable, budget, Service Levels and KPIs, and managing governance, commercials, risk and compliance while upholding the security, data-protection and regulatory obligations of the engagement.

What You'll Do:
Customer Onboarding & Mobilization -Take overall responsibility for the planning, management, coordination, execution and completion of Customer onboarding in accordance with the Standard Onboarding Playbook, delivering within the agreed timetable and budget.
Prepare and maintain the Onboarding Plan, project plan, milestones, resource plan and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log; run kick-off and mobilize Extended Teams.
Manage the testing and acceptance regime, including phased and final acceptance, and align payments to the agreed performance-based
