As a Trainee Management Consultant, you will work closely with senior leaders, gaining hands-on experience across business operations, client management, sales strategy, leadership development,



and team performance. This role is designed to provide a clear pathway into management for high-performing individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Work alongside management teams to support strategic business initiatives
Assist in developing and implementing customer acquisition and sales strategies
Conduct market research and provide recommendations to improve performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Support the training, coaching, and development of current team members
Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to business planning discussions
Participate in leadership workshops and management development programmes

What We're Looking For
Recent graduate or equivalent experience
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness and problem-solving
