Eligibility
Graduates Only – BA, B.Com, B.Sc, MBA
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
Solid written English communication skills
Positive typing speed and accuracy
B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, and BCA candidates are not eligible
Key Responsibilities




Provide customer support through chat platforms
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain quality and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS)
Document customer interactions accurately
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously

Preferred Skills
Chat Support / Customer Service experience
Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care domains
Familiarity with CRM and chat tools
Excellent typing speed and multitasking abilities
