Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive (Real Estate) position based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads,



conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing end-to-end sales cycles for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role includes engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and budgets, explaining project features, pricing, and payment plans, and providing timely follow-ups to close deals. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM tools, coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, and support post-sale documentation and customer service. The position requires meeting defined sales targets, staying updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments, and representing Viraaj Ventures professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
