About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join the Biglilpeople retail team and create a warm, engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Reponsibilities
Assist customers and understand their requirements.
Recommend products based on age, size, occasion and preferences.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Drive upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain store presentation, product displays and inventory.
Handle billing/POS and basic store operations.
Build robust relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

Positive sales and product understanding.
Well-groomed and confident.
Comfortable working in a mall workplace, including weekends.

Stores: Nexus Whitefield & Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru
Experience: 3–4 years preferred | Retail/Fashion/Kidswear
