Experience supporting Model N Revenue Management, Model N Flex, Rebate Management, Pricing, Channel Management, or related modules.
Robust understanding of pharmaceutical/life sciences commercial processes, pricing, contracting, rebates, and revenue management.
Experience with SQL queries, data analysis, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting integration issues.
Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
Knowledge of reporting and analytics platforms connected to Model N.
