Role Description
The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting relevant solutions, coordinating product demonstrations, and following up on proposals to drive conversions.
The Inside Sales Representative will also focus on building strong customer relationships, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Inside Sales in technology or B2B environments is preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is beneficial
Candidates should possess solid Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound calling, prospecting, and prospect qualification.
Candidates should possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
