Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida for a Home Loan Business Skilled. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective home loan customers, explaining available housing loan products, and guiding clients through eligibility, documentation, and application processes.



The professional will conduct property-related due diligence, coordinate with internal bank teams for loan approvals, and follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of all formalities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, providing high-quality customer service, and meeting assigned business targets while complying with regulatory and organizational standards. The role requires regular field visits, relationship-building with real estate partners, and proactive support to clients from initial consultation through disbursement.
Qualifications
