The Role
We're hiring a Manager – Bookkeeping, Accounting & Reporting to build and lead our in-house bookkeeping function from the ground up. You'll take full ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping, transactional accounting, and e-commerce reconciliation — currently run through an external provider — and transition it in-house under a dedicated team you hire and manage. You'll report directly to the CFO.
This is a build-and-lead prospect for someone who wants true ownership of a finance function, with a transparent growth path as the team and company scale.

What You'll Own




The monthly close process end-to-end — closed, reconciled books on a consistent schedule
Tax-readiness of the books ahead of statutory and sales-tax filing cycles
Inventory reconciliation across warehouse and 3PL partners
AP/AR health and vendor payment cycles
Claims and reimbursement recovery for damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments
The output quality of a team you will hire, train, and manage

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end bookkeeping and transactional accounting for our US business — bill-pay, expense management, and monthly close
Manage our accounting system (QuickBooks Enterprise) and e-commerce integration tools; keep records clean, accurate, and timely
Reconcile transactions across major marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, and others) — payouts, fees, refunds, and chargebacks
Build and lead an in-house bookkeeping team — recruit, onboard, and manage 2–3 members within the first year
