Position Summary :

The Head – Growth & Academy Operations will be responsible for driving admissions,
marketing, business development, and brand growth across the Gurukul Group of
Institutions while overseeing the operational excellence of Gurukul Academy.

The ideal candidate is an leader with robust sales, marketing, and people management
skills who can build systems, lead teams, and deliver measurable growth with experience in NEET-JEE admissions.

Admissions & Business Development :

Develop and execute annual and monthly admission strategies & budget.
Plan and execute seminars, career guidance sessions, and outreach programs.
Monitor the admissions funnel from inquiry to enrollment and improve conversion
rates.
Counsel and ensure a seamless admission experience for parents and students.
Marketing & Brand Development:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Plan and manage digital advertising, print media, outdoor campaigns, and local
promotions.
Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
Organize events, workshops, education fairs, and promotional activities.
Ensure consistent brand positioning across all institutions.
Academy Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day operational functioning of Gurukul Academy.
