Role Description The Real Estate Specialist at Topworker is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves identifying and evaluating properties, conducting site visits, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market. The Real Estate Specialist will interact with clients, understand their requirements, present suitable property options, and support them throughout the transaction process. Daily responsibilities include managing property listings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing basic documentation, and following up on leads to close sales.



The role also requires accurate record-keeping, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and proactive communication to ensure a positive client experience.
Qualifications

Solid knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to understand property features, legal aspects, and market trends.
Experience or interest in Real Estate Development, including assessing potential projects and understanding development processes.
Proven Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads, present property offerings, and negotiate effectively.
Solid Customer Service capabilities to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
